Add community pools and spas and you have a home in the desirable Ahwatukee area with the award-winning Kyrene schools and shopping/dining amenities.
The location is convenient to the airport and downtown as well as several freeways for ease of travel throughout the valley for work or attending social and sporting events. Students living here attend Kyrene de la Colina Elementary School, Centennial Middle School, and Mountain Pointe High School.
