‘Underwater’ Homes Inch Up in First Quarter
The share of seriously underwater home owners took a surprising turn in the first quarter of 2015, posting its first increase since 2012. However, the number of seriously underwater home owners is still down more than 4 percentage points compared to a year ago, according to RealtyTrac’s U.S. Home Equity & Underwater Report.
At the end of the first quarter of this year, 7.3 million properties – or 13.2 percent of all properties with a mortgage — were known as “seriously underwater.” A homeowner who is seriously underwater has a combined home loan amount that is at least 25 percent higher than the property’s estimated market value.

Who says you have to stop with paint on the walls? A can of paint can easily transform a number of areas in your home, turning boring into beautiful. It’s time to have fun with paint, all over your house (and outside too!).
Paint your cabinets

The buyers are coming back to metro Phoenix’s housing market. Home sales jumped 39 percent in March, signaling activity is climbing again after stalling in 2014.
Prices ticked up last month but could start climbing faster if buyer demand outpaces the supply of houses for sale in the Valley.

It’s one of the best warm-weather traditions: dusting off the grill and sipping a beer as you cook up something delicious in the open air. Grilling imparts a unique, unmatchable flavor to food but it’s not just for meat and the classic vegetable skewer.
